Raiders TE Brock Bowers (knee) is expected to play in Sunday’s Week 3 game at the Saints, ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported. Bowers, who underwent a meniscus trim just days before the season, logged limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday before a planned rest day on Friday, per head coach Klint Kubiak. The Raiders also did not elevate TE Chris Myarick from the practice squad, as they had in each of the past two weeks with Bowers inactive. TE Michael Mayer started in Bowers’ place in the first two games.
