Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski said on Monday, “I have a decent idea of where we’re going, but I’ve not yet talked to the players,” regarding the team’s Week 3 starting quarterback ahead of Thursday’s game at Green Bay. Stefanski did say QB Michael Penix Jr. is “getting closer” and that an announcement on the starting quarterback could come as soon as later Monday after he addresses the team.
