The Eagles are placing QB Jalen Hurts on injured reserve after consultations with numerous doctors and experts that went into Saturday, and he is now out for the foreseeable future. QB Tanner McKee will start Sunday against the Panthers “and moving forward.” The move reverses the team’s stance from Saturday morning, when it was not planning to place Hurts on IR despite his indefinite absence.
