The Eagles have placed QB Jalen Hurts on injured reserve after consultations with numerous doctors and experts that went into Saturday, sources told ESPN and NFL Network. Hurts is expected to be out indefinitely. Earlier Saturday, the team had not been planning to place him on IR despite his indefinite absence.
