The rookie has missed the last four games with a high-ankle sprain suffered in Week 1, when he caught one pass for 30 yards before getting hurt on the play. Cooper was listed as questionable throughout the week, and head coach Aaron Glenn said he felt good about Cooper when his 21-day practice window was opened earlier this week.
