Giants QB Jameis Winston is expected to remain the starter in Week 4 against the Cardinals, head coach John Harbaugh said after Sunday’s 12-7 win over the Titans. Harbaugh said Winston did what was “required and necessary” to win in rainy conditions, as he completed 14-of-22 passes for 118 yards and rushed twice for 15 yards without a turnover. Numerous reports have indicated the Giants plan to add one or two quarterbacks this week, but Harbaugh made it clear Winston will start against Arizona.
