The Eagles are signing QB Joe Milton III off the Cowboys practice squad to their 53-man roster, according to sources. With QB Jalen Hurts dealing with a superficial blood clot in his calf, Philadelphia now has Tanner McKee, rookie Cole Payton and Milton on the active roster. Hurts’ situation “is not about football right now. It’s about his health and giving him the time he needs to recover.”
