Commanders WR Stefon Diggs (hamstring) will not practice on Thursday, head coach Dan Quinn said. Quinn said he is hopeful Diggs will return to the practice field by the end of the week. Diggs was ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Giants with the hamstring injury.
