Jets rookie WR Omar Cooper Jr. was a limited participant on Thursday’s injury report ahead of Sunday’s game at the Patriots. Cooper has been on injured reserve with an ankle sprain since September and has been designated to return. Head coach Aaron Glenn said on Wednesday that Cooper would practice that day.
