Browns rookie WR KC Concepcion (concussion) is “progressing very well” and is set to practice on Wednesday. Concepcion was knocked out cold by a helmet-to-helmet hit from Jets S Minkah Fitzpatrick in Sunday’s loss and was placed in the concussion protocol.
