Bills rookie WR Skyler Bell will be active and “play a role” in his NFL debut Monday night against the Rams, head coach Joe Brady said on Saturday. Bell, a fourth-round pick, is expected to play many of WR Joshua Palmer’s snaps, and possibly more if WR DJ Moore (shoulder) cannot play. Palmer has been ruled out after he “twisted up” in practice and is undergoing imaging.
