Bills WR Joshua Palmer (shoulder) was listed as an estimated limited participant on Wednesday after the team held only a walk-through. Palmer was sidelined for Monday night’s win over the Rams by what appeared to be a practice injury last week. Buffalo is expected to hold a full practice on Thursday ahead of Sunday’s game at the Raiders.
