Houston Texans CB Jeff Okudah (quadriceps) was activated off injured reserve on Monday, Nov. 18. Also, DL Mario Edwards Jr. was activated off the reserve/suspended roster exemption list, DT Tommy Togiai was elevated from the practice squad for Week 11 and CB Myles Bryant and RB J.J. Taylor were waived.
