Williams is on injured reserve and must be added to the active roster to play; he has practiced in a limited capacity since the Packers opened his 21-day practice window on Oct. 7. Green Bay is thin at wideout with Skyy Moore ruled out and Jayden Reed’s season over due to a neck injury. “I think where he’s grown the most is his route-running ability. He’s worked really hard at it,” Head Coach Matt LaFleur said of Williams on Wednesday.
