Conversely, if you have a rough draft and injuries are already mounting, itâs an opportunity to gain an edge on your opponent. Fantasy Guru! Iâm back for another season of NFL DFS. Every week during the season, I will highlight the featured contests with the best payouts on both FanDuel and DraftKings. The kind of contests that are best to enter are both sitesâ single-entry contests. Generally, FanDuel seems to feature more single-entry contests with better payouts. I also donât mind contests with 3-5 entry max. Once we have found the single entry or 3-5 entry max contests, itâs all about finding a payout that is greater than 20%, preferably 25% or greater. Every week during the season, I am going to highlight the featured contests with the best payouts on both FanDuel and DraftKings. Snap Counts & Usage From Week 15
Armando Marsal takes a look at notable trends in snap counts and usage from last week. Like I do every year, I will dive into offensive snap counts after each week. This article will focus on identifying changes, trends, and things we should be taking note of for players and their opportunities. Snap counts are a part of my weekly analysis because they gauge how often a player is on the field, which could translate into potential opportunity to produce fantasy points. Even though playing time does not always translate into fantasy points, the path to scoring fantasy points is easier for those players on the field. Looking at snap counts and comparing them to volume/touches also gives us a clear picture of a playerâs role in their offense. Some positions, such as quarterbacks, are straight forward, but others not so much. I will focus primarily on situations that we need to be keeping a close eye on and situations that stand out to me. At the end of the article I will include a spreadsheet with all the weekly snap counts for all teams, along with the YTD snap counts.

The lineup is the one I entered into all of my 50/50 single-entry 100-man tournaments on FanDuel. I will also give you insight into my process and how I break down Jeff Mansâ Cash Game article. I use 95% of the same players you will find in Jeffâs article. There may be a player I use from my own player pool. Jeffâs plays arenât gospel, but the philosophies are. Cash games have changed, and while many will run away from them, and I donât blame them, I will still try to crack the code of Cash Games. Stacking in cash is something that I will not try to do every week, but we canât just simply remove a player from our player pool because we already have a player from his team. DFS Marlinâs Catch of the Week: NFL DFS & Betting Selections Week 15
Last week, this article continued to crush from a betting perspective, and although it did not hit at our normal season average from a DFS perspective at 65-70%, it improved a lot from last week and came in at 60% (18/30). We did not hit on our cover player article, dropping that hit rate down to 9/14 (64%). However, I did go on Armando Marsalsâ livestream last Sunday, and beat the chest on plays listed in this article like DK Metcalf and Puka Nacua, and both of those plays came up big. Itâs a good reminder that confidence levels in certain players can strengthen or weaken the closer and closer we get to lock, and it doesnât hurt to get the most up-to-date opinion on any of these plays in the Discord as we approach lock. This is the last week before we start to see Saturday games in the NFL and the holidays hit, so we basically have the last normal slate of the season, with 13 total games, including five games in the afternoon and eight games on the early slate. The goal of this article is to provide some insight and transparency into my DFS & betting process and approach leading up to an NFL slate, along with picks and plays that Iâve landed on for this week in result. Generally, my goal for the season is to provide DFS plays that hit at a 65-70% clip, and we are just about doing that. Any given week, the approach and strategy may adjust, depending on what the slate looks like and how I want to attack it.
