Washington Commanders DE Dorance Armstrong (rib) and S Tyler Owens (shin) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 16. OG Nick Allegretti (ankle), S Percy Butler (groin), DE Clelin Ferrell (knee), LB Frankie Luvu (toe), S Quan Martin (neck) and DT Daron Payne (knee) were limited during practice. CB Emmanuel Forbes (thumb) and LB Jordan Magee (knee) fully participated in practice.
