Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (elbow) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Colts in London, head coach Dan Quinn said on Friday. Quinn also said TE Chig Okonkwo and LB Frankie Luvu, who have each missed the last two games, will play against the Colts.
