Kansas City Chiefs WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) was limited in practice with some form of hamstring cramps on Thursday, Oct. 18, but practiced on Friday and will play despite being listed as questionable for Week 7 against the San Francisco 49ers, according to head coach Andy Reid.
