Cardinals RB Jeremiyah Love (left ankle) will not play Sunday against the Rams, coach Mike LaFleur said on Friday. RB Tyler Allgeier will start, with RB Bam Knight as the backup, and the Cardinals are expected to elevate RB Evan Hull from the practice squad as a third option. LaFleur said earlier in the week that getting the rookie healthy was “vital.” Love, who sprained his right ankle in his only preseason game, played against the Lions last week, gaining 22 yards on 12 carries, and was held out of practice this week.
