Arizona Cardinals RB Bam Knight will be the ‘first one out there’ at running back in Week 9 against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday, Oct. 3, head coach Jonathan Gannon said Saturday. However, it appears it will be a hot-hand approach, with RB Michael Carter expected to be promoted from the practice squad, and RB Emari Demercado returning from injury.
