The Cleveland Browns activated OL Michael Dunn (illness) from the Reserve/Non-Football Illness list Saturday, Sept. 5. They also placed DE Alex Wright (tricep) on the Reserve/Injured list and elevated CB Tony Brown and TE Geoff Swaim from the practice squad to the active roster.
