San Francisco 49ers OT Trent Williams (hamstring) is considered a game-time decision for the Wild Card game versus the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday, Jan. 11, but is confident that he will play. He was listed as questionable on the injury report after participating in two of San Francisco’s three practice sessions during the week on a limited basis.
