49ers WR Mike Evans (ribs) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Broncos and will be a game-time decision after returning to practice as a limited participant on Friday, having missed Wednesday and Thursday; “Hopefully we’ve got a shot,” head coach Kyle Shanahan said. Shanahan ruled out DE Nick Bosa (knee/calf), DT James Thompson Jr. (ankle) and DE Mykel Williams (knee), while LB Dre Greenlaw (quadricep), DE Keion White (hamstring) and LB Jaden Dugger (shoulder) are questionable. Williams, who was limited in all three practices after his practice window opened Wednesday, is eligible to return beginning in Week 5. WR Brandin Cooks was promoted to the active roster on Wednesday, and Shanahan said, “He’s had a good two weeks.”
