Rams DE Myles Garrett returned to practice on Wednesday, opening his 21-day window to return from injured reserve after missing seven games following left knee surgery. Coach Sean McVay said Garrett would take half the amount of full reps on Wednesday and would be evaluated each day before the team determines when he will be activated for a game. “A lot of it is going to be predicated on his communication and feedback to us, and then ultimately being able to see that, hopefully the expectation is he’s ready to rock this week,” McVay said ahead of Sunday’s game against the Commanders. Garrett went through individual drills with the edge rushers during the portion of practice open to reporters.
