Eagles RB Jaydon Blue will likely be active for Sunday night’s game at the Commanders, as RB Saquon Barkley has not practiced this week while dealing with hamstring and back injuries. Unless Barkley bounces back quickly, the Eagles’ running backs on Sunday night will be Blue and Elijah Mitchell, with Will Shipley, Tank Bigsby and Dameon Pierce on injured reserve. Blue is on the 53-man roster, while Mitchell is on the practice squad. “I feel like I’m very comfortable in the offense,” Blue said on Thursday. “But I’m ready. I feel like I’m going to take advantage of every opportunity that I get.”
