Houston Texans DT Folorunso Fatukasi (ankle), WR John Metchie (shoulder), OG Juice Scruggs (foot) and TE Cade Stover (illness) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 18. LB Del’Shawn Phillips (foot) was limited during practice. OG Nick Broeker (hand), OG Kenyon Green (shoulder) and QB Davis Mills (illness) fully participated in practice.
