Houston Texans WR Tank Dell (knee) is expected to be ready for offseason activities, according to general manager Nick Caserio. ‘He worked very hard,’ Caserio said. ‘I think our performance group, they do a really good job. I would anticipate him being available for the offseason. Knowing Tank, he’s probably cautiously optimistic that he’s going to be able to go out there and be Tank Dell.’
