Houston Texans RB Joe Mixon will not be forced to pay a $25,000 fine from the National Football League for his criticism of officials following the team’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Divisional Round playoff game. Mixon appealed the fine in late January and was informed of the league’s decision to rescind it on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
