New Orleans Saints OG Dillon Radunz (toe) and DE Chase Young (calf) did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 19, and have been ruled out for Week 3. OT Taliese Fuaga (back, knee) and WR Trey Palmer (hamstring) did not practice and are listed as questionable. OG Trevor Penning (toe) and WR Devaughn Vele (hip) were limited during practice and are listed as questionable.
