New Orleans Saints QB Derek Carr (hand), RB Alvin Kamara (groin) and WR Bub Means (ankle) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 16 at the Green Bay Packers on Monday, Dec. 23. TE Juwan Johnson (foot) and DE Chase Young (illness) fully practiced and don’t carry an injury designation. WR Chris Olave (concussion) was limited all week but remains on the Reserve/Injured list and won’t play.
