Also, DB Shemar Jean-Charles, RB Jordan Mims and S Millard Bradford were signed to the active roster, OG Kyle Hergel was waived, S Roderic Teamer and CB Tre Hernon were elevated from the practice squad for Week 9 and RB Jamaal Williams (groin) was downgraded to out.
