New Orleans Saints WR Devaughn Vele has played sparingly, but he is likely to see an increase in playing time following the trade of WR Rashid Shaheed to the Seattle Seahawks. Vele has played only 40 percent or more of the team’s offensive snaps once this season, and he hasn’t had more than two catches or 13 yards at any point.
