Free-agent WR Brandin Cooks (Cowboys) reportedly agreed to terms on a two-year contract worth $13 million with the New Orleans Saints on Friday, March 21. The signing – when it becomes official – will send Cooks back to the team he spent his first three NFL seasons with from 2014 to 2016.
