We spend some time getting to know Phil, his playing career, his path to this point and his love for all things Orioles – Rutschman, Hall, Bradish Rodriguez, Bautista, Stowers and Henderson. Phil will also give his thoughts on the new rules in baseball as well as offering some of his own thoughts on how to improve the game of fantasy baseball.
