It’s time for a quick preview of the upcoming 2022 World Series against the Houston Astros and Philadelphia Phillies. Some quick hitting data points to get your whistle ready to blow as we head into November baseball.
The Astros won 106 games this season while the Phillies won 87. That is the second largest games won spread in MLB history behind only the 1906 Series (Cubs 116 wins and White Sox 93). By the way, the Phillies were seven games under when they made a managerial change.
