Las Vegas Raiders TE Michael Mayer (concussion) did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 26, and has been ruled out for Week 4. CB Decamerion Richardson (hamstring) fully participated in practice but is listed as questionable. TE Brock Bowers (knee) and S Jeremy Chinn (pectoral) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.
