Patriots | Stefon Diggs facing criminal charges

New England Patriots WR Stefon Diggs has been charged with felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery charges stemming from an incident Tuesday, Dec. 2. Diggs’ attorney, Michael DiStefano, disclosed to the court that Diggs has made a financial offer to resolve the dispute with the alleged victim in this case. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday, Jan. 23, just two days before the AFC Championship game is scheduled to be played.
