Carolina Panthers TE Tommy Tremble (lower body) posted five receptions for 42 yards and a touchdown in Week 4 against the New England Patriots. He appeared to have a second touchdown late in the fourth quarter, but it was overturned. He suffered an apparent lower-body injury on the play, too.
