Green Bay Packers LB Edgerrin Cooper (foot), LB Zaire Franklin (personal), CB Marlon Jones (undisclosed) and TE Josh Whyle (neck) are not taking part in an indoor closed practice Sunday, Aug. 9. However, head coach Matt LaFleur said none of the injuries or situations are considered long-term. Franklin, for instance, was away due to excused travel.
