He was zero-star recruit who played one season at Valdosta State, and two at Georgia State, but he has been a frequent top-30 visit player in recent weeks. He flashed a 4.42-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine, impressive for a 6-foot-4, 206-pound receiver. ‘You’d like to see more against the best corners, but I like the arc. He’s got a lot of good football waiting for him,’ one NFC general manager said.
