Georgia OT Monroe Freeling has been rising on draft boards due to his young age and solid performances at the NFL Scouting Combine and Pro Days. He posted a 4.93-second 40-yard dash, and he has 34.75-inch arms, while moving more like a tight end in space. He attributes yoga for his durability, too. ‘Honestly, yoga just really helps with injury prevention. It’s huge on getting comfortable, just being flexible, and also the mindfulness part,’ Freeland said. :Being mindful of your body and how you feel is really important on how you stay twitchy and play fast on the football field.’ Freeling entered the 2025 season as a potential Day 2 pick, but he is now expected to be a solid first-round selection.
