Last week, this article continued to crush from a betting perspective, and although it did not hit at our normal season average from a DFS perspective at 65-70%, it improved a lot from last week and came in at 60% (18/30). We did not hit on our cover player article, dropping that hit rate down to 9/14 (64%). However, I did go on Armando Marsals’ livestream last Sunday, and beat the chest on plays listed in this article like DK Metcalf and Puka Nacua, and both of those plays came up big. It’s a good reminder that confidence levels in certain players can strengthen or weaken the closer and closer we get to lock, and it doesn’t hurt to get the most up-to-date opinion on any of these plays in the Discord as we approach lock.
This is the last week before we start to see Saturday games in the NFL and the holidays hit, so we basically have the last normal slate of the season, with 13 total games, including five games in the afternoon and eight games on the early slate.
The goal of this article is to provide some insight and transparency into my DFS & betting process and approach leading up to an NFL slate, along with picks and plays that I’ve landed on for this week in result. Generally, my goal for the season is to provide DFS plays that hit at a 65-70% clip, and we are just about doing that.
Any given week, the approach and strategy may adjust, depending on what the slate looks like and how I want to attack it.
