OG Xavier Newman (foot) fully participated in practice but is listed as questionable. QB Tyrod Taylor (knee, personal) did not practice but is not on the injury report. DT Harrison Phillips (knee) and DE Eric Watts (concussion) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.
