New York Giants QB Russell Wilson is still expected to be the team’s Week 1 starter but QB Jaxson Dart has shown a great deal of improvement this offseason, according to head coach Brian Daboll. In the opinion of NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, it seems to be a matter of ‘when, not if’ Dart will assume the starting role.
