Philadelphia Eagles OT Lane Johnson (concussion) will not play in Week 4’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, after not clearing concussion protocol in time, according to multiple league sources. However, Johnson will be present on the sidelines to assist his replacement, OL Fred Johnson.
