Philadelphia Eagles LB Jihaad Campbell played in the preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday, Aug. 15, and he was the only starter to participate. He was on the field for 14 snaps, or 18 percent of the defensive plays. Head coach Nick Sirianni said he was the only starter to play because ‘he did not have a lot of reps last year.’
