QUARTERBACK
| Old Rating | Name | New Rating | Rating Change |
| 100 | Josh Allen | 98 | -2 |
| 99 | Jayden Daniels | 100 | 1 |
The truth is that I’ve believed Jayden Daniels was my QB1 all offseason. Daniels was spectacular from start to finish in 2024, has a great coaching staff and infrastructure around him, and had excellent year one success in the playoffs. This combination of things is ultra rare, and while I do think he puts himself at some unneeded risk in the running game, his overall profile is very exciting. Josh Allen is awesome, but he is entering the middle stages of his career and is at risk of running a little less as he enters his 30s.
RUNNING BACK
| OLD RATING | NAME | NEW RATING | CHANGE |
| 80 | Kenneth Walker III | 82 | 2 |
| 79 | Treveyon Henderson | 80 | 1 |
| 76 | Chuba Hubbard | 78 | 2 |
| 80 | Quinshon Judkins | 74 | -6 |
| 70 | Dylan Sampson | 73 | 3 |
Mostly minor shifts this week, if any. The moves with Kenneth Walker, Chuba Hubbard and TreVeyon Henderson are subtle shifts based on evolving views of their evaluations. Hubbard has a real shot to be an RB1 in 2025, Henderson has a real shot to become a big part of the Patriots offense, and the sky is truly the limit for the uber-talented Walker. We already knew all these things, though.
The big elephant in the room of the RB landscape this week? What the heck are we going to do with Quinshon Judkins? It’s a tough task to make a shift in dynasty ratings based purely on speculation, but the reports that came out this week are pretty ugly if true, and there’s verified reports that SOMETHING went on. The variance involved in offield issues is immense. It can range from no suspension at all (Tyreek Hill)… to losing your entire career (Ray Rice). For the sake of everyone involved I hope this was simply blown out of proportion, but I have to move him down in a pretty significant way just in case a big penalty is on the way. What this potentially does do is open up a big opportunity for Dylan Sampson. While Sampson isn’t alone on this depth chart (Jerome Ford), he’s the clear upside play if Judkins misses time. I thought Sampson was a second or third round RB prospect when I evaluated him at Tennessee, and his value is way too low right now in all formats.
WIDE RECEIVER
| OLD RATING | NAME | NEW RATING | CHANGE |
| 93 | Brian Thomas Jr. | 94 | 1 |
| 89 | Puka Nacua | 90 | 1 |
| 80 | Jerry Jeudy | 82 | 2 |
| 82 | Rashee Rice | 79 | -3 |
| 76 | Michael Pittman Jr. | 76 | 3 |
| 75 | Jayden Higgins | 75 | 2 |
A bunch of minor adjustments at WR as well. While I still love Jaxon Smith-Njigba and think he deserves the high conviction where I have him, Brian Thomas is an immense offensive weapon and his rookie season was enough to vault him ahead… for now.
Much like with RBs… we have off-field news at WR. Rashee Rice was at risk of being suspended since his incident last season, and his time away from the spotlight due to injury had blinded that fact. I still think Rice will have a big impact in 2025, but this suspension hurts and could hurt his development slightly, at least as a fully featured weapon in this offense.
TIGHT END
| OLD RATING | NAME | New Rating | Change |
| 92 | T.J. Hockenson | 90 | -2 |
| 80 | Ben Sinnott | 82 | 2 |
| 77 | Kyle Pitts | 81 | 4 |
| 77 | Tucker Kraft | 79 | 2 |
| 73 | Ja’Tavion Sanders | 75 | 2 |
One week I moved Kyle Pitts down purely out of spite (and because I didn’t have any other TE spots I found worthy of changing). I’ll move him back above 80… for now. Pitts will continue to have an elite skillset, but that has not helped him produce fantasy numbers previously. Ben Sinnott, Tucker Kraft and Ja’Tavion Sanders are all young TEs who have a real chance to emerge into bigger roles in 2025, and creeping them up the ratings is a good risk to take.
