Miami Dolphins QB Quinn Ewers (groin) suffered a groin injury in the preseason game Friday, Aug. 14, against the Washington Commanders, according to a league source. Ewers struggled with his completion percentage in the game, and it was enough of a concern that the team re-signed QB Mark Gronowski.
