Miami Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright told reporters on Monday, June 9, that he added six pounds to his frame and ‘lost a lot of body fat’ while gaining ‘a lot of muscle’ this offseason after dedicating himself to getting in and staying in shape.
‘Just working hard in the offseason, working on my body. I probably added about six pounds. I lost a lot of body fat. I gained a lot of muscle. That’s why it might look like I’m a little bigger, but yeah, just offseason, working hard, focusing on my body, getting prepared for the season,’ Wright said.
