Dallas Cowboys S P.J. Locke figures to be part of the sub packages in defensive coordinator Christian Parker’s defense. The coach and player have familiarity, working together previously with the Denver Broncos, and it’s why Locke chose Dallas as his landing spot. ‘It’s pretty much going to be a similar system,’ Locke said. ‘I’m sure he’s going to throw his own twists and turns making it his own, but it’s going to be a familiar scheme and versatility, the types of players he wants, especially in the secondary, I made my decision based on that.’
